Data Model Design of organization system based on enterprise superior-subordinate relationship

In the past two days, we designed a model based on the superior-subordinate relationship of the personnel of an organizational unit of a company, and began to consider using the position system table to reflect the relationship between the superiors and subordinates of a company, we later found that, in the case of a level, the personnel's permissions were not well controlled, and this relationship was well reflected by a Staff Superior/subordinate relationship table. This document shows who my superiors are and who my subordinates are. In the subsequent system, we can control the permissions of the personnel at the upper and lower levels.
