Data Recovery problems after the MySQL database is reinstalled

1. Back up the data folder in the MySQL installation directory before reinstalling the MySQL database server,

 

2. Uninstall the MySQL database and reinstall the MySQL server. Right-click my computer and choose manage. The following dialog box is displayed:

 

3. Click service, find MySQL, and right-click MySQL, as shown below:

 

4. Click pause to stop running the MySQL database. Then, copy the contents in the original data folder to the data file in the current MySQL installation directory.

 

5. Right-click Start in the service and start the MySQL server. The original data can be used.

 

6. Pay attention to the MySQL character set after installation and before installation to ensure that the character set is consistent. Otherwise, garbled characters may occur.
