Solution 1: Write a name for the C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\EditorLineEnds.ttr file

Workaround 2: Uninstall the above patch (run the following command at the command line)

wusa/uninstall/kb:2982791
wusa/uninstall/kb:2970228

Cause: Upgrade the Windows patch KB2993651, kb:2982791, kb:2970228, resulting in the editorlineends.ttr generated folder can not be modified, solid and error! (This error seems to XE6 not happen, maybe Delphi adjusts the way!) ）
