Class access Modifiers:

Public

The access level is highest and there is no limit to public access.

Internal

Access is only allowed within this assembly, and other assemblies or sites referencing the assembly in which they are located cannot access this class.

For example, assembly Librarya is written with ClassA, assembly Libraryb references Librarya, Libraryb cannot be called through Librarya in ClassA classes or methods.
