Job description responsibilities:
1. Understand the customer's intention and complete the positioning, orientation, and style planning and design of the project;
2. Fully develop the operation time and progress of each project, and control the cost and quality;
3. Manage and guide the design team in designing and making the design team, establish a mechanism for departmental learning, training, and communication, and train and develop subordinates;
4. Motivate employees and maintain the enthusiasm and efficiency of the design team.
 
Requirement description work requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in multimedia, advertising, visual communication, etc;
2. High artistic accomplishments and aesthetic ability, rich visual creation experience, and profound understanding of various visual expression languages;
3. Rich imagination and keen observation;
4. At least 5 years of interactive design experience, at least 3 years of senior management experience of medium-sized advertising companies, 4A work experience preferred; mature works and large-scale success Project cases;
5. Excellent overall website style design, comprehensive grasp of website production and design processes, and implementation of the latest webpage design and production technologies;
6. Strong organizational, planning, coordination, and control capabilities;
7. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, familiar with Flash, Fireworks, InDesign ,?? Dreamweaver, Coreldraw and other design software;
