Detailed procedures for configuring and starting Enterprise Manager after Oracle 9i installation

Many beginners install Oracle, do not know how to configure Enterprise Manager, can not go in, because this kind of problem see much, now I write down the detailed process:

1: Start-> Program->oracle->configuration and Migration tools->enterprise Manager Configuration Assistant

2: Configure local oraclemanagementserver-> next-> create a new data archive-> next
-> Create-> in an existing database enter user name: sys, password: services: Computer name: 1521: Database name
-> Next-> Information Archive login information: Enter the username and password you want to create-> is

3: Enter the "Select Data Archive User table space"-> Next-> Complete

4: Control Panel-> Service-> View "oracleenterprise Manager boot: Boot if not started
The default username and password are: Sysman password: oem_temp


5: Login Enterprise Manager
User name: Sysman
Password: oem_temp
