Environment: CentOS 6.2 + Oracle 11.2.0.3 (non-rac)
Problem description: database every day around error ora-07445, after a few days is two to three times a day this error occurs, checked on the MOS, is the patch number 13901133 bug, the patch was successfully installed in the Test Database last week. You need to stop the patch and fix it. Apply for downtime in advance and the required time. This patch is only 96 kb and can be applied in minutes. Therefore, we recommend that you apply for downtime in off-peak hours, we strongly recommend that you do a full backup and perform a reverse installation test on the test database to prevent patch installation failure.
