Differences between SVN and CVS in [version management ~

Some time ago, the code file server changed from CVS to SVN

These two file servers have some differences in version management.

CVS

The version is defined according to each file,

A file is submitted for the first time. The version is 1.1, and 1.2 is submitted again .....

-------------------------------------------------------

SVN

It is managed by batch.

After SVN is created, the first batch of code submitted is in version 1.

In the first batch of submissions, one of the files you submitted was newly created,

After the file is submitted, the new file version is 76.
