Some have a Five-Year gala to hate their alma mater, some praise, and some abuse ...... not that this society is too cruel, not that colleges and universities are too incompetent, but that the rules of "survival of the fittest" are too heartless.

Recently, after experiencing the employment training institutions that have been "flourishing" in recent years, I cannot help but feel that, with the same knowledge, "value" varies greatly in different environments!

Calm down, think carefully about the "Supermarket model" in front of you, and find that the "consumer psychology" is ignored. This supermarket is in different environments, the mentality of "consumers" is different. in colleges and universities, the idea of "mixed" is spreading, and the mentality of "60 minutes long live" occupies the mainstream, which is opposite to the normal consumption psychology, I feel that I am taking less things and can "cheat" the supermarket administrator. In training institutions, the idea of "snatching" has spread, and everyone has a strong initiative. They always feel that they cannot get a little better than others. The difference in "Consumption psychology" determines the final result. The quality of college classrooms and classes is unsatisfactory, and the enthusiasm of training institutions is high.

This is really confusing (it is not in line with the relevant theories of the Market Economy). They all pay "tuition fees" (4000 tuition fee per year for colleges and universities, and they can study more than 15 courses, in general, the training institution's tuition fee is between and 2 to 6 months. Why is the mentality quite different?

Speaking of this, many people will say that the university classroom knowledge is seriously out of touch with society, and training institutions are closely related to social needs. I do not agree with this. Now, colleges and universities are no longer closed. Today there is also a medium-sized company that organizes employees and lectures in our upstairs labs, we are hiring lecturers in our department, talking about the content in the class, and doing experiments in the class.

There is another point of view, saying that the actual experience of teachers is too small and the theory and practice are separated seriously. This is also a very specific phenomenon. Let's talk about it as a teacher in the network engineering department, more than half of the teachers have worked in the school network center, and there is no such issue. They all have rich experience in network planning, construction, maintenance, and management, some teachers participate in enterprise-level training every year, such as software outsourcing, Oracle database, ccna, and 3G technology ".

Responsibility? I often see colleagues around me working on "Open Labs", organizing "interest groups", organizing their own experiences and providing them to students free of charge, and working overtime to add labs to students, preparing lessons all night ...... how many teachers in the training institution are still in the office after their work? How many of them will take the initiative to "work overtime?
