4, the business logic customization. Lotus Notes is doing a very good job, and we don't have to be so good at design time (because the more complex the better it is to achieve).
5, the realization of data mining function. From the projects I've implemented, it can be said that part of the project is to deceive customers in this respect, because there is no data at the beginning of the operation, this is impossible to talk about, and wait until the data run to 1-2 years, if the customer wants to achieve, has exceeded the free server, at this time need to sign the project two contract
6, the analysis of sales opportunities. I've never done sales, the sales opportunity management is not particularly clear, is another person to do, but I feel for the customer himself, he has no clear concept of the size of the opportunity, especially for our current business environment, the success of the sales rate not only depends on the company's own strength in this case, The implementation of this business is a bit difficult.
7, the software boundary problem. For each software, it is difficult to define its boundaries, especially for CRM, the Non-core system, customers often require some functions, and these functions are fundamentally difficult to define is not in the CRM system included.
