Here's a "python-c" command, which allows Python's notorious whitespace to be freed. Someone used to think that if Python was used on the front end, it didn't know how much bandwidth to waste. But if you can execute the script with this command, you can actually compress the script. In addition, sublime installs the Python code of the component, executes is uses the python-c.
