When you really choose to do the test, in addition to like, there is also a point is very important, it is necessary to endure injustice, tolerance to live lonely. Maybe a lot of people will ask me what that means. The beauty of its Ming Yue is for the company's overall situation, and the ultimate reason is not enough attention to the testing department, the company will always need to ensure the development of time, but can ignore the test time guarantee. The test department is fighting once and there seems to be a breakthrough in some non-critical things, but it's always the test department that gets hurt when it comes to the key issues.

In addition to the above points, there is also a point is very important, that is, testing must have tenacity. A lot of development will see the test as a "full of trouble, unreasonable", in fact, in my opinion, if the test does not insist on this, more problems will be exposed as the product on the line. I am very afraid that the test was developed to convince, of course, the test was persuaded that there is an important reason for the lack of capacity is a manifestation, but the key is not easy to be persuaded, in the face of such problems, we must communicate more, various verification, do not give up easily. Of course, as the head of the test department, must be in the key issues of the handling of a very good grasp, not only to ensure product quality, but also very good to solve the test department and the development of the contradictions between the department.
