Does Adobe Flash, like a smoker, really quit?

It's been a sad day for Adobe Flash, and the 440GB e-mail data leaked by Hacking team has become a hidden treasure for hackers to exploit security vulnerabilities. Flash alone was found with three different vulnerabilities:

Flash has been a nightmare of information security for many years, Trend Micro has reported a variety of flash vulnerabilities, every time, in addition to carefully avoid some bad websites, disable Flash plug-ins, and then wait for Adobe to publish updates, users can actually do very limited.

The three zero-Hacking vulnerabilities that have been exposed as a result of a team leak have highlighted how vulnerable flash is. But Flash is like a smoker: even though we know it's not good, it's hard to quit. For the Web site, it will continue to use Adobe Flash because it is less expensive, and for users, because they are often on the site still using Flash, so it is not. So, while Adobe Flash is risky, it will survive for some time.

What can we do?

Simple for the average user: If you're sure you don't need Adobe Flash, simply uninstall it. Another option is to use a browser that can set manual tap to execute adobeflash.

Will the days become sad after adobeflash less ?

Flash in the provision of multimedia video is really very convenient, regardless of animation or video and so on, however, now flash alternatives have emerged, most notably, IOS and Android do not support Flash, and these alternatives are also applicable to desktop computers.

From an enterprise perspective, consider not using Flash, as it is not only a security threat but also a very user-intensive resource. Whether the website is friendly to mobile devices will affect the site's ranking in its search engine, and Google also "encourages" the site to not use Flash.

All in all, the 0-time lag vulnerability exposed by Hacking Team is just the tip of all Adobe Flash's 0-time-lag vulnerabilities, but Flash still survives, and as end users and businesses, it is only possible to minimize these security issues.
