Does SQLite support direct SQL statement queries?

I recently used SQLite for framework testing and encountered a problem during query. First, let's take a look at my statements:

Results of SQL statement query in SQLite develop:

The result is: the results obtained through SQL statements are empty, and the results obtained through parameterized query are normal.

Does SQLite not support SQL queries? Thank you for your advice!
