Download and use lispbox on Windows

Problems:
After reading the G9 article, I downloaded the ListBox of clisp version, but the Emacs in that version does not have the prompt symbol (I have no experience in using Emacs ), clisp provides the GNU clisp.exe program, but can integrate the Common Lisp code of the experiment. But I still don't know how to call out the prompt symbol described in the book in Emacs and compile the lisp code I wrote. Afterwards, I went to the link of the website described above and tried to download the Common Lisp of Allegro version. Now I can use it normally and record it.
