Look at the leadership style from the three characters

Some people say that leaders should be arbitrary, make their own decisions, and others veto it as an open era, and leaders should brainstorm ideas and listen to them for me. Some think good leaders should show a hard-on-the-head stance, and some have rejected the belief that leaders should be honest. So, what exactly is a good leader supposed to be like?

Let's look at the three leaders of Cao, Liu Bei and Sun Quan in kingdoms. No doubt they are good leaders, but we have found that the leadership styles of these three people are very different. If not very familiar with the "kingdoms" of the people, almost can't tell the devil in his hand have any outstanding advisers or Gan. Because there is only one leader in Wei, this leader is Caocao. Caocao is a very successful leader, otherwise he could not be three points to the world, become the emperor to make princes of the party overlord.


Shall we come to Liu Bei, Liu Bei is not a good leader? His leadership style is good and capable people become friends , as a "buddy", netting out a group such as Zhang Fei, Kuan Kung, Zhuge Liang and other talents to help their country. But what I want to share today is that leadership styles vary from person to person, and there is no absolute standard . It has a great connection with your character and the environment you are in. But there are some core principles that determine whether you can be a good leader.

Three core principles of leadership development



The first principle is that leaders lead the work . Here I recommend a very good movie "Gladiator" a few years ago. It tells the story of the Revenge of a general Maxi Mons, a Roman-era exploits. Maxi Mons once fronts, set down the merit of the Chinese horse. But after the death of Lao Wang and the accession of the new king, Maxi Mons's family was brutally murdered, and he was relegated to slavery. Then I'm going to talk about the second principle of leadership--the leaders tell stories . A good leader must be apt to tell a story. When you take the lead on your own, be sure to be clear about where you're going to lead. I'm going to recommend a very good film last year: "The King's Speech." It tells of the story of the British king George Liu Shi overcoming his stuttering problems during the Second World War. George Liu Shi is a good king who can lead the way, but unfortunately he suffers from stuttering. When faced with stress, his stuttering situation is more serious, there is no way to stand in the crowd to make a speech. Through the film "The King's Speech," We saw the George Liu Shi of a difficult process to overcome stuttering. In the end, he succeeded in completing a shaking-up speech through the radio before the Second World War. This ability to express to the human mind is one of the most important aspects of leadership. When you have a big dream and you want to raise the flag, you have to be able to tell exactly where you are going to take everyone. But if you can't get people to understand the goals ahead, the team is likely to have two bad situations, maybe the team will be mess, the execution is inefficient, or you may have to do it yourself as a leader, and other members of the team are not going to take on their role.



Whether it's "taking the lead" or "telling the story," we see the leaders on the side of the landscape. But leaders are not necessarily so well-off, and often we all face failure. Leaders I think the 3rd principle that matters most is that leaders carry responsibility . From the biological or genetic point of view, human nature is to avoid harm, replicate, is unwilling to take responsibility. When you become a leader and assume all the responsibilities, it is against human nature. So we need to constantly remind ourselves, ask ourselves and exercise ourselves, and finally let the "responsibility" this thing become our habit. The sinking in South Korea in the first half of this year was very distressing. The captain at first made the wrong decision, so that more than 200 of the ship's senior high school students to travel in situ wait instead of active self-help, but he chose to escape. If you are a leader, it is a natural reaction to run in times of distress. And as a leader, at that time if you choose to run is the most advantageous, because you most know when to run, how to run. But if you choose to run, you are a failed leader and no one will believe you again.

But maybe some people will say, when the leader is too difficult, I do not want to be a leader, I just want to be a yard farmer for a lifetime. But in the future you will have children and families, and then you are the children's leader. By example, can you give your child a role model and lead him to adventure in this world, whether you can tell a story or not, when telling the truth of life is not just a blunt command, whether you can take responsibility with him when the child makes a mistake. Therefore, the students in this Chamber must not neglect to cultivate their own leadership.
