style sheets Add style to the text
The above mentioned, are some of the most basic text settings, if you want to play more tricks in the text, you need to use the help of the style sheet.
In edit state, press SHIFT+F11 to enter the Style Sheet dialog box (CSS Styles):
Click on the lower right corner to create a new style:
As shown above, a name for your style at name Dreamweaver by default will be a decimal point in front of the name to avoid confusion with other HTML tags, such as "MyFont" (change unamed1 to MyFont); Define Whether you choose to use an external style sheet or just create a style on this page (this Document only), we choose the former so that you can share a stylesheet on multiple pages and make sure you press OK.
In the next dialog box, enter the name of the stylesheet file, such as "MyFont" and press "save" so that a style sheet file called Myfont.css is generated, as shown above.
Set the style as shown in the above figure, which is the size of the text, we set it to 9 points (9pt); line is the line spacing we set to points (another common setting is 150%), so we get the so-called 9-pound font. After setting, press OK to return to the Style Sheet dialog box, you can see a style called "myfont" has been added, see the following figure.
Next, you can select a paragraph of text, then in the Style dialog box to choose MyFont, how? Does the text become much more exquisite? The 9-pound font is the smallest and most exquisite size that can be displayed without distortion, so it is widely used in Web page making.
In addition to the 9-pound word, there is a 10.4Pixel font, which is between 12pt and 9pt, is also used frequently, we can try it on their own.
If you need to refer to an existing style sheet on another page, point to the Style Sheet dialog box. Also, edit an existing style and delete a style.
