1. Exit Eclipse

2. Go to [Project catalogue under]/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime

3. Delete the two files of Org.eclipse.wst.server.core.prefs and Org.eclipse.jst.server.tomcat.core.prefs

4. Restart Eclipse
