eclipse resolves SVN commit failure issue working copy locked

When Eclipse submitted SVN, because the network problem did not commit successfully, and then restarted eclipse, the time of submission is unable to commit successfully, right-click Refresh/cleanup cannot succeed, prompt file directory is locked, At this time in terminal CD to the locked directory, perform SVN cleanup, and then back to eclipse, the project right-click Team--Refresh/cleanup, will not report an error, it can be successfully submitted.
