C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator (this is your computer user name) \application Data\subversion\auth\svn.simple, delete directory under File

Window 7

C:\Users\Administrator (This is your computer user name) \appdata\roaming\subversion\auth\svn.simple, delete directory files
