The building blocks in Word2010 are editable, and the user can edit the Word2010 's own building blocks and user-defined building blocks according to the actual needs, and the following steps are described:
In step 1th, open the Word2010 document window and switch to the Insert Ribbon. Click the Document Parts button in the text group and select the Build Block manager option in the Open menu, as shown in Figure 1.
Figure 1 Select the building block manager option Step 2nd, open the Build Block Manager dialog box, select the building block name in the building block list that you want to edit its properties, and click the Edit Properties button, as shown in Figure 2.

Figure 2 Click the Edit Properties button in step 3rd, in the Open Modify Building Block dialog box, modify the properties of the building block's name, library, description, and so on, depending on your actual needs. Click the OK button when you have finished modifying it, as shown in Figure 3.
