Don't let exception escape destructor Prevent exceptions from leaving destructors

Destructors should never throw an exception, and if a function called by a destructor might throw an exception, the destructor should handle the exception and not throw it.

The understanding here is that if a destructor throws an exception, it causes the current object to be in an undefined state or cause the program to terminate.
