Emacs Org-mode Exporting HTML error

I don't know why, when the Org file #+TITLE:xxx is contained, the export reports an error similar to the following:

Wrong type argument: listp, #("xxx" 0 3 (:parent (#0)))

The reason is not clear for the moment.

The experiment found that emacs -q starting Emacs, that is, not enabling its own configuration, the Org mode export contains #+TITLE:xxx org files is no problem. I found my configuration loaded with my own downloaded Org-mode: org-20151005 . Maybe there's something wrong with this version.

So here's how to solve this problem:

1. First look at whether or not you downloaded the new org, if this is the case to emacs -q start Emacs, try Emacs's own org.
2. If you do not have a new org,emacs to download the org has a problem, then package-install install a new org, and then try again.
