Embrace Open-q+2.0 Project summary

Before q+, desktop users were still the online experience of local applications and browsers. With 1.0 of the trial, 2.0 of the release, q+ will be a ready to participate in different depths and levels of the Internet life platform.

After release 1.0, a great deal of user feedback was received from the product Exchange pages and microblogging channels, and usability testing for q+ was conducted. Users of the q+ panel, q+ desktop and q+ applications, put forward the following feedback:

Analysis: Seeing the nature of problems through experience defects
The 1.q+ panel features all q+ full-screen environments on the Windows desktop.
2.q+ Full screen for user-controlled functionality is too limited, including drag-and-drop icons to manage different desktops.

Positioning: Allows people to participate in different depth and level of the Internet Life platform.

The q+ full screen should gradually encompass the Windows desktop environment, not just the two desktop environments where functionality does not intersect.

Sketch is not only the process of design, but also the more important meaning is the gradual process of thinking about product demand. In addition, the definition of requirement is gradually perfected in the sketch discussion.

Continuous improvement
During the project, we faced many problems such as resource shortage, insufficient time and high communication cost. After the cooperation with the upstream and downstream team, we have a step-by-step improvement of the project process, the following figure for the current design process, compared to the previous version of 2.0, has a very substantial improvement. But we can still see more needs to be improved, the blue font will be our next version of the focus of efforts, our goal is: continuous improvement.

We have a corresponding demand function point design for the previous product pain points.

Every design that needs to be completed requires more time to be asked repeatedly, "is it possible to have the first eye-grabbing design?" Do you do better than the competition? "The app's widget design allows us to find some way out: combining physical and animation results to bring a more humane design."
