Source: Internet
Author: User

For MySQL to support traditional characters, you can set the relevant encoding to UTF8 (also called UTF-8). Encoding settings from the browser to the table field, one can not be less:

  • Browser settings
  • HTML settings
  • Server Request Object Settings
  • Database connection Settings
  • Database Settings
  • Table settings
  • table field Settings

In other words, only the settings of the database connection are recorded here. The database connection setting is to modify the URL address of the MySQL connection, as follows:

Jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/test?useunicode=true&characterencoding=utf8

Note: The characterencoding parameter is UTF8, not utf-8
