error:ora-01031 Insufficient privileges____oracle when you log on after installing Oracle

Oracle version: 64-bit Oracle 11g

Oracle successfully installed//logged on to Oracle as Administrator

Enter command in cmd sqlplus/as sysdba

Then the error error:ora-01031 insufficient privileges

Solution:

In general, check that the operating system's logged-on user is included in the ORA_DBA group.

Control Panel-> Management tools-> Computer Management-> System Tools-> Local Users and group->ORA_DBA groups.

If the ORA_DBA group does not have a system login user added.

But my operating system version is not--local users and groups--this option is added in a different way: Find the Oradba.exe run under the Oracle installation directory

(My directory is d:\app\*\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\database)
