3. Download http://www.mingw.org/after installation in cmd input gcc-v prompt gcc version x.x.x indicates successful installation

4.cmd input Go install-v github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/cmd/geth

Go install-v GITHUB.COM/ETHEREUM/GO-ETHEREUM/CMD/EVM

You can find the resulting file in the Go/bin file

Run Geth.exe

It worked.
