Example of calling mail client to send mail in PowerShell _powershell

You can use Send-mailmessage to send mail, but you want to send a message from your default MAPI client, which is not too cumbersome:

$mail = "mailto: $to &subject= $subject &body= $body"

Start-process-filepath $mail

The advantage of this script is to send the message to the user. Whenever you install a MAPI client, it automatically opens the message and populates the script-specific information. But you have to send this email manually.
