Excel automatically switches input fast input text numbers

Everyone in the production of Excel worksheet, often is both data and text, so in the input will need to repeatedly switch between Chinese and English input method, very troublesome. In fact, there is a good skill, you can let Excel table automatically switch input method.

Create a new Excel table, and then open the Chinese input method to select the range of cells you want to enter in Chinese. Click Validation on the Data menu, select the Input Method tab in the Data Validation dialog box that pops up, choose Open in the Mode box, and click OK.

Select the range of cells for which you want to enter numbers, select Close in the Mode box of the Data Validation dialog box, and click OK. After this simple setting, with the mouse in the area just set the selected cell, Chinese and English input mode can be switched.
