Overview
The Excel small ledger is based on the Excel spreadsheet and some necessary functions are added with VBA. The overall design idea is to pursue simplicity and practicality. Because Excel files are used, they can be copied to a USB flash drive and can be opened anytime, anywhere. The operation is also simple, unlike some accounting software, which can be used in the finance department. A small Excel account book is like a paper account book. You can remember each individual account.

when accounting, select a category and enter the amount. The time is automatically filled in, and the remarks can be determined based on the situation.
you can view the expenses of the current month, last month, current year, last year, and last year at any time. It is displayed in graphics.

Classification Configuration
You can change the category at any time. After modifying the category, close the ledger and open it again.

Statistics
Select the time range of statistics

After you click "Statistics", the categories aggregate the total and percentage of each item within the specified period.

Custom time period
Enter the start time and End Time (red text) for customization;
The time period contains the start time, excluding the end time, that is, from the start time to the end time;
The time can be month, for example, 2007-01, or year-month-day, for example;

Excel password settings
Of course, the account book requires a password (initial password 123), which must be set through "Save as"-"general options:
