excel2010 How to set up a print area

1. Open the edited Excel document and select the area you want to print.

2, click the Page Layout tab, select the Print Area option, click the Set Print Area sub option, this time we have successfully set up the print area.

3. After setting the printing area, we need to adjust the output effect of the selected print area slightly to meet our output demand, use the shortcut key ctrl+p, click the Preview option.
