[Experience] install and use the vim code to complete the plug-in snippetsemu

Snippetemu is recommended in shuimu vim, and MS is a tool similar to visual assist in VC ++.

You must download both snippy_plugin.vba and snippy_bundles.vba (note that this is a package for different languages) to install snippy_plugin.vba,

I tried it for a while and found that snippy is not used in the pop-up box of VA, but is controlled by the tab key, and the completion is limited to the C syntax.
Some keywords such as for, while, And if are not supported by do. Function and variable completion in tag files are not supported.
It is a pity that the built-in omnicomplete function of VIM is still weak. I want to use snippy to make up for it.
