There are several stages to develop with user stories:: 

  • Role Analysis:Obtain roles,Merge roles (the requirements can be confirmed only after the roles are clearly defined)
  • Story Analysis:Analyze the needs of different roles (analyze the needs from different perspectives)
  • Estimation story:Sort stories by priority,Estimated story points(Time) (The Team estimates the story time collectively)
  • Release plan:Arrange the iteration plan based on the story priority and estimated story points (arrange the corresponding iteration plan based on the estimated story consumption time)
  • Acceptance Test : based on the story analysis result , design test cases , perform the acceptance test (verify the implementation of the story from the standpoint of different roles)
