I have been using the "adsldial King" software for ADSL dial-up Internet access, and it has always been quite useful.
A few months ago, I found that the software was suddenly updated and upgraded to 5.1, so I quickly downloaded and installed the software (and made a mistake in pursuing the latest version of the software ). I don't know how to use it, but it makes me unable to accept it. That is, when a reconnection occurs after the disconnection, a dial prompt box will pop up in the system. It's depressing ~~ Bytes
Impulsive, uninstall! As a result, the dial-up Internet access is difficult, but it is difficult to go up. The main phenomenon is as follows:
1. unable to access the Internet, no response for a long period of dialing, and no access is allowed.
2. The error "remote computer cannot be connected" appears quite common.
3. if the dial-up is successful, the network can be accessed normally. However, after a period of time (not long), the network cannot be accessed, and the network connection is still displayed as a connection status, if you disconnect and re-dial, 1 and 2 will be described.
4. When a dial-up connection fails, disable and restart the ADSL cat and then call again. The success rate is high and can be used properly.
5. It is suspected that the uninstalled software has damaged the system file, so reinstalling the dial king is still the above problem.
6. Detach the NIC, re-identify the system, and reinstall the driver.
It has been difficult and depressing for several days. He went home with his colleagues last night and talked about the matter. He said a solution. I'm not sure, right away as a doctor: re-install the network connection protocol. Well, it sounds pretty decent, but I have reinstalled all my network cards, and the protocol should be new. Well, try it. So, go to the network connection, delete the protocol, reload it, and restart it ~ It's easy to use !! Although it's a bit silly, it can be used ...... Next time I redo the system, I don't need any software. It's just the dial-up provided by the system. Let's make it easy.
Appendix:
protocols required for network connection (available on my computer)
1. microsoft network client
is used to access network resources. If you have a LAN, you need it. It seems to be related to accessing Microsoft for help, but it is not related to broadband connections.
2. microsoft network file and printer sharing (service)
the meaning is clear. Do not use it at will, there is no connection with the broadband connection.
3. QoS packet plan Program (service)
QoS the English name is" quality of service ", and the Chinese name is" service quality ". QoS is a security mechanism of the network and a technology used to solve network latency and congestion problems. simply put, the system automatically retains a portion of the total network bandwidth, for example, 10%, which is used when a program consumes a large amount of bandwidth, it does not seriously affect the network access of other programs and ensures the normal operation of each program.
4. internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
This is needless to say. In any case, the broadband connection is required.
