Extract Qualcomm's latest code patch

For high pass, it will be updated in a period of timeCode. Our development warehouse cannot be directly merged with Qualcomm code.

Then we need to extract the patches for this time period, then let's see which updates are available, and then consider whether to merge or not.

Give me a rough idea

First repo init-u xxx-B branch-name -- mirror

Modify the address in platform/manifest. Git to a local address.

Download the local code to the new directory.

Generate patch

Repo forall-C git format-patch tag1.. tag2

Extract patch

There are the following scripts
