When running on a computer that does not have VS installed, this error occurs whenever the report is opened

The first position is the C:/Program files/microsoft sdks/windows/v6.0a/bootstrapper/packages file exists. The
run-time component of the Crystal Report is crystalreports10_5/crredist2008_x86 in the directory. If there is no need to download crredist2008_x86

will crredist2008_x86 be installed on the machine to be deployed.
