Fax reception in an OCS and um Integrated Environment

OCS does not support the t.38 protocol,
Fax is processed directly between UM and gateway (or ippbx. Detailed configuration manuals can be found on audiocodes and diablogic websites.

The latest newrock mx8 supports the fax function.

Scenario 1: Call SA
The number of calls to SA (subscriber number) is 8888. In addition, no matter the user calls any number other than the AA number, all go to the SA voice prompt.
"Welcome, you have been connected to Microsoft exchenge. to access your mailbox, enter the extension number, contact someone, and press the # key." ---------- call and press the "#" key.
"Please spell out the name of the dial-up peer. The last name is in front ,... If you know the extension number, press the # key to cancel the * Key "---------- call operation and press the # key
"Enter the extension number of the other party and cancel pressing the * Key" ---------- call and press "2001"
"You are connecting to user01. If you want to pay attention, press the # key." ---------- call the phone and press the "#" key. This step is fast. Otherwise, call the analog phone extension 2001.
"Please leave a message to user01. Please record the message after you hear the prompt. After completing the recording, please stop calling." ----- note that at this time, press the "Start sending" button on fax, exchange began to receive the fax and sent the mail with the extension 2001.

Scenario 2: Call AA
The number of calls to AA (automatic Assistant) is 6666

Scenario 3: If you are busy or no one answers the message, this is the standard method.

In short, wherever you enter um, as long as you can hear "Please leave a message to user01, please record the message after you hear the prompt, and after completing the recording, please end up the phone", you can send a fax.
