Dennis Gilmore of the Fedora Project today announced in the community that the life cycle of the Fedora 22 Linux operating system will end after one month, that is to say, support will be suspended in July 19, 2016. Fedora 22 was released in May 26, 2015 and is equipped with GNOME 3.16, Xfce 4.12, MATE 1.10.0, KDE Plasma 5 desktop environment, Linux Kernel 4.0, and many other things.

Unfortunately, all the good things will usher in the end of life. The lifecycle of Fedora 22 is coming to an end, meaning that the Fedora Project Team will no longer provide security patches and software upgrades for it after July 19, 2016.
