Feelings about the job fair

Today, I went to a large job fair organized by the school with my lab buddy (I am a junior. My mom, it's called a sea of people, and it's really big.

Can you find a good job with technology? What are the advantages? If this is a very difficult technology, the answer is yes. If this technology can be mastered by the company after one month of training, is there any advantage? The company may hire you again, but the salary is definitely not high. Everyone can master the technology or the technology that can be mastered with a little training. It is not to master the technology, but most of them are skilled migrant workers.
