File Sharing between virtualbox and centos
Implementation Method: attach the file to be shared to the optical drive first and then enable centos to mount the optical drive. The details are as follows:
1. First
Device-assign optical drive-choose a virtual CD/DVD file select the image file to attach to the optical drive (General. ISO suffix)
2. Use the mount command to mount
Command:
Mount/dev/CDROM/mnt --- mount the optical drive to the/mnt directory.
Note:
Here are some questions about why, in some Linux systems (Red Hat), the default position of the optical drive is/mnt/CDROM, and my centos5.5 Series
But in/dev/CDROM, the file structure of the Linux system should be the same?
Sharing resources with the primary system in a virtual machine is a problem (for me). The sharing methods for finding resources on the Internet are as follows:
1. Create a shared folder in the master system and then obtain the shared files from the host system in the virtual organization system.
2. directly set the FTP service and IP address in the Virtual Machine System, connect the IP address to the LAN of the master system, and then directly use
FTP upload tool to the virtual system.
3. Make the file to be shared into A. ISO image file, load it to the optical drive of the virtual machine, and then
Attach the optical drive. In this way, the required files are mounted to the virtual system.
