Fireworks MX 2004 Making a girl sitting in the rain

When I got the fireworks MX 2004 Beta, I looked at the new features so poorly that I was amazed to find two filters for adding motion Blur (dynamic blur) and add noise (add impurities) to the effects (effect) surface version.
