Fireworks Paint Lovely gouache cartoon

Effect Chart:

1. Use fireworks brush to play the background.

2. Paint the light layer with the "brush" in the "oil painting effect".

3. Use "brush" and "soft circle" to draw the outline of the far mountain.

4. Use the "Round" tool and "pencil" to draw the sun with a glow.

5. Use the "punching" technique to draw the scarf contour and draw the scarf pattern with "pencil" and decorate it.

6. Use the "Draw Circle" tool to outline the snowman.

7. Use "pencil" and "oval" to draw a snowman's hat and fill it with color.

8. Outline the scarf, fill the background.

9. A separate child image is also drawn in the new layer.

10. Use "Basic solid line" to point out snowflake effect.

11. Use "soft segment" to pave the ground floor, complete.
