Five steps of CMMs (five levels ):

Step 1: Level 1: complete level.
At the completion level, Enterprises clearly define the project objectives and efforts to achieve the project objectives. Step 4: Level 4 of CMMI and quantitative management.

Step 5: Level 5 of cmme and optimization level.

From the five steps above, we can see that each step is the cornerstone of the first step above. To reach the upper level, you must first step on the lower level. When implementing CMMS, enterprises must step by step. Generally, we should start with Level 2. Work hard on management. Strive for the final implementation of the fifth level of cmme.
