If you are building a mobile site, this article will help you choose the right technology solution. This article does not specifically describe how to develop, but simply describes how to choose the right method. Before we begin, it is necessary to clarify the objectives of this practice. In general, there are two main categories of people who want to build a website:

• Retrofitting existing websites so that they can be accessed via mobile devices;
