Fix git Chinese garbled

As with the Linux platform, in the default settings, the file name contains Chinese files, in the workspace status output, view history changes summary, and in the patch file, the file name in the Chinese language is not displayed correctly, but with a number of octal character encoding to display, as follows:

Configuring the variable Core.quotepath to false will solve the problem of displaying the Chinese file names in these git command outputs.
