Fix MySQL Chinese garbled

MySQL version: 5.6.38

Although the instance was created with Utf-8 's utf8_general_ci, there are still garbled characters when saving Chinese with other programs.

Document A workable solution that modifies the character set of the database.

Due to the environment of MySQL I was installing using Yum, so the configuration file path for MySQL:/etc/my.cnf

Vim/etc/my.cnf

Edit the content, and under [mysqld], add the following, Wq save.

Character_set_server = UTF8
