Time axis special effects in the Flash MX 2004 this version has, but the use of people are not many, in fact, if the good use of this function, can give full play to our imagination space. This section introduces a novel use to create a rain-filled animation effect. As shown in Figure 7-71. Barbie doll dancing, rain floating in the sky, colorful, whirling flying.

The following is a step-by-step explanation of this example.

1. Making Flower Components

(1) Create a new movie clip symbol called "Flower". In the editing scene for this component, select the "Multi-angular star tool". Click Options in the Properties panel to open the Tools Settings dialog box. Set style to star, number of edges set to 5, star vertex size to 0.5, as shown in Figure 7-72. Click the OK button.

(2) Use any fill color, draw a borderless star on the stage, and use the "selection tool" to pull each edge of the star into an arc so that the star becomes a flower shape, as shown in Figure 7-73.

(3) Hold down the ALT key to copy the star to multiple, and fill in different colors, as shown in Figure 7-74.

(4) box Select these flowers, make multiple copies. In order to make the copied pattern does not appear inflexible, uses "the Freeform tool" to change the size and the angle in the copy, but also may select each flower to refill your favorite color again, until satisfied. The final effect is shown in Figure 7-75.
