Flat, fair and professional

The world is flat, almost a cliché. Indeed, flattening is a trend in modern organizations. Start-ups are small and flat, and old businesses face competition and have to be flat. How the external environment has changed dramatically in this era of upheaval has proved that messy and noisy open offices are better than clean and quiet independent offices, and that the flat structure of a non-monarch is more than a stately hierarchy.

There are a number of factors that make the organization flat, the competition is one, and the other factor is fairness. The insistence and pursuit of fairness also accelerates the flattening of the organization.

The modern organization not only needs the staff's body and the sweat, but also needs the staff's mind and the passion. The obstacles to their progress are their own mastery of the profession, not the non-professional factors that they cannot control. From the enterprise, the country, the human overall angle, this specialization tendency, cannot tolerate the moth and the parasite, will let the body more energetic.

The world is flat, the world in specialization. The world is becoming more fair in the process of flattening and specialization!
