First, preface
Pre-production (pre-production) is to make everything normal before putting it into XHTML and CSS. All of this is to first draw your website design on paper. In this way, it is necessary to encode to know exactly what is being built.
Second, visual metaphor
The surest way to make a website look pleasing is to find out what's going on with the site. In other words, find out the theme of the website (theme) and how to use visual methods to represent it. Visual metaphor is the use of familiar visual elements (examples, interface elements, small icons, colors, and glyphs) and reinforces the theme of the site.
A clear visual metaphor helps to emphasize the theme of the website. Visual metaphor ranges from metaphor (using color to bring the abstract feeling that the designer wants to elaborate with the web theme to the user) to the simile (using images directly related to the site name or feature)
