Workaround:
1. Confirm root installation Simpana the Oracle group that is required during installation is a oinstall group;
2, check whether the Oracle user's primarygroup (i.e.: GID) is the Oinstall group;
3, check the/opt/simpana/base/under the genus Group, is the root oinstall? ；
4. Run Cvpkgchg under root user to modify the genus Group of Oracle for Oinstall;


start the backup again, success!
